Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Ogliastra

wir waren zu dritt hier. sehr viel platz und sehr sehr schönes haus/wohnung. schöner als auf den bildern. super ausblick von der terasse. grillmöglichkeit / spülmaschine / waschmaschiene etc alles vorhanden. alles war sehr sauber. wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! sehr freundliche gastgeber. danke nochmal!

Breve soggiorno in famiglia con tutti i comfort per vivere una vacanza rilassata. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia Cagliari che le spiagge. Comodo a supermercati e ristoranti. Host estremamente proattivo nelle risposte e si è davvero preso cura di noi! Torneremo!

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

Le séjour était parfait. La Sardaigne est magnifique, pleine d'histoire, de plages et de belles montagnes. L'appartement proposé est très grand, propre, bien équipé et beau. L'hote est très gentille, accessible et flexible. Le quartier est vivant avec beaucoup de restos, cafés et commodités. Il y a assez peu de touristes donc on passe le séjour avec les sardes et les prix sont très abordables. La plage est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Rien à dire.

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Alloggio utilizzato per mini soggiorno di due notti. Funzionale e ben servito,con i collegamenti per mare e centro di Cagliari a due passi. Staff cordiale e disponibile....non posso che esprimere la mia soddisfazione per questo soggiorno.

Sono stato benissimo e la casa era accogliente, purtroppo però ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e non è stato risolto fino all’ultimo. Comunicazione efficiente.

Vam estar molt a gust. La Milena va ser molt agradable i ens va facilitar molta informació de la zona. Ubicació i entorn, idíl·lics!

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Bellissimo soggiorno, ci siamo trovati come a casa, La struttura è pulitissima e i proprietari super gentili e super disponibili, il padre di Armando ci ha portato anche un vino per festeggiare il capodanno veramente super cordiale 😊molto consigliato 🫶🏻

Geschmackvoll und mit Stil renoviertes altes Haus im Dorfkern. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit qualitativ sehr guten Geräten; alles sehr neu. Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Laden (General Store) gerade beim Haus. Naturnahe Umgebung mit Hügeln und Feldern; in der Ferne die Giara di Gesturi sichtbar (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert). Leider war der auf Airbnb prominent (Hauptbild) dargestellte Pool nicht aufgestellt (bei über 30 Grad🥵); dies sollte bei der Buchung kommuniziert werden.

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

Nous avons adoré passer quelques jours chez Stefano. L'appartement est superbe et on s'y sent bien. Il est très bien décoré et parfaitement situé. Nous recommandons.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Der nächste Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und scheint auch eine sehr gute Option zu sein, wenn es mal windiger ist. Es wird von einem Riff geschützt, sodass das Meer meist recht ruhig bleibt. Der Balkon besitzt elektrische Jalousien die man zum Schutz vor Winden herunterfahren kann, was bei unserem Aufenthalt im September super war, da es mit dem Wind sehr frisch werden konnte. Aber mit den Jalousien war das kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war super und man bekam auch recht schnell eine Antwort.

L’alloggio di Daniele é un vero e proprio gioiello. L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato mantenendo e valorizzando gli elementi chiave della struttura. Pur essendo piccino gli spazi sono organizzati al meglio, ha una cucina completa di tutto ed il soppalco con la zona notte é essenziale, ma molto curato. Anche il bagno é davvero grazioso, ben disposto e funzionale. Lo stato di pulizia era impeccabile, Daniele si è dimostrato un host preparato e attento. La corte interna è speciale, tranquilla, piena di erbe aromatiche e luci che rendono l’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ho soggiornato da Daniele per lavoro ed è stato davvero un piacere!

Il gentilissimo Raimondo ci ha accolto come ci conoscesse da tempo venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze sia di arrivo che di partenza. la casa è come descritta, spaziosa a sufficienza anche per 6 come eravamo noi, con un piccolo spazio all'aperto contanto di brace e doccia esterna, in una zona di Quartu Sant'Elena di facile accesso, strategica sia per spostarti in direzione villasimius che in direzione Pula/Chia, e molto tranquilla nonostante sia letteralmente a due passi da un ipermercato che aiuta moltissimo chi come noi esce la mattina per visitare spiagge vicine e lontane e rientra la sera. in casa c'è tutto, anche un ottimo microonde multifunzione che ci ha agevolato tanto, ogni stanza ha il suo (indispensabile) condizionatore. insomma è stato un ottimo appoggio. grazie dell'ospitalità.

Apartamento super confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem todos os itens necessários. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelos pais de Maurizio. Localização é excelente para ir à Praia do Poetto. Tem bastante vagas de garagem na frente do prédio. Simplesmente perfeito!

Cristina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de cualquier duda o petición. El departamento amplio, luminoso, limpio, sin ruido y lleno de detalles que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente.

un luogo raccolto e essenziale, chiuso in un patio condiviso, ottimo per chi ha figli piccoli, perchè non ci sono pericoli che escano in strada e ci sono i giardini attrezzati proprio di lato al cancello. Luogo da cui è facile spostarsi per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose o stagni con i fenicotteri.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das Bett war super bequem & die Küche war richtig gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war herzlich & ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert & Matteo hat sehr schnell, freundlich & zuvorkommend auf meine Wünsche & Fragen reagiert. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Die Gegend war ruhig & sehr schön. Läden & Restaurants sind bequem in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung & der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Cagliari und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Très bon séjour , propriétaire très réactive aux messages et les instructions étaient très claires. L’accès au wifi est très efficace . Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans ce logement .

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist in einer Top-Lage, die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurant) in der Nähe. Wir können diese Wohnung mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen ! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ho trascorso con mia moglie e il nostro gatto 15 giorni nell'appartamento di Fabio, che si é rivelato essere un padrone gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento é moderno, dotato di ogni confort ed é posto al centro di tanti servizi utili, quali supermercati, pizzerie, farmacia. Consigliatissimo sopratutto anche per chi viaggia con animali.

C esperienza a 5 stelle. Paolo è un host cordiale e disponibile, la casa è incantevole ed in posizione molto strategica! Torneremo volentieri.
