Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Oristano

The house is wonderful, quite newly renovated and well equipped and absolutely matches the pictures and description. But what excited us most was the fantastic location, with wonderful views of the sea from the bedroom and the two terraces. The town of Santa Maria Del Mare doesn't offer much, but we knew that and went to the beaches and to eat with the bikes or the car. Anna provided us with wonderful information - thank you:-)

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

Alice is a super responsive and friendly host. The apartment is clean and tidy, right around the corner from the town center.

The accommodation with the beautiful private courtyard garden is exceptionally lovingly maintained, tastefully, colorfully and cozily furnished and also perfectly equipped. Marisa welcomed us very warmly; we immediately felt comfortable and we lacked nothing. Such a beautiful accommodation will not be surpassed so quickly! :) We have the best memories of Marisa and the apartment and highly recommend them.

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

we had a wonderful stay at Gianfilippo's! You do need a car, but other than that the location is perfect, and we really loved it! we'll be back!

We had a great time at Sandro and Camilla's! They were very kind, helpful and personable. The house is huge, very tidy and clean, has 2 new bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking in front of the door and a terrace with views of the sea and the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, spices, …) There is no oven and no dishwasher, both did not bother us. All windows have fly screens, so we always had fresh air in the house even without air conditioning. Camilla was always available and helped us with questions or even came by once. She also gave us tips for excursions in the area. For shopping, you drive about 15 minutes to Riola. A car is necessary. We felt very comfortable and recommend the house with a clear conscience!!

If you read this because you are unsure about booking: BOOK! One of the best airbnbs we stayed for years. Everything very clean and the apartment is perfectly equipped and large. The roof terrace is beautiful. Located in the old city of Bosa with a lot of good restaurants around. Good communication, we traveld with a 5 month old baby and Guila was supportive that we have a good stay. Overall rating 11/10

We had a great stay and can only thank Rosa and Giulio for their hospitality! Before arrival, we received a helpful guide in English. Upon arrival we were shown around the flat. The two were very responsive and helpful for any questions that came up during our stay and even brought us a homemade cake! Communication was great although we don't speak Italian and they don't speak English. We felt very welcome! The flat is well-equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, and practical beach umbrella. The garden is just beautiful and gives you holiday feeling right away. Parking is just outside the house, there was always a free spot. After experiencing a heatwave with almost 30°C at night during our first week in Sardinia, we were a bit worried about not having air-condition but with windows open at night and the ventilator, it was no problem thanks to the big stone walls. Location is great to explore amazing beaches, cultural heritage and different cities. We can only recommend!

What a wonderful place from being greeted by Ornella, immaculate/comfortable and filled with everything needed for a perfect stay/water, tea, coffee and assorted condiments plus an excellent bottle of wine/PLUS for underground parking and quick walk to the heart of Oristano.

We loved our stay! The location is great, directly in front of a beautiful beach which was great for family and kids. We rented the house with friends and it was a perfect size for two families. It has two main rooms on different floors and an open space with two beds for kids. It was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and it was well organised. The location is a bit remote which we liked. There is a place to get a coffee on the beach and a fruit seller that we could walk to. Francesca was welcoming and was available for any questions.

If we could give more than five stars we would because the apartment has marvelous ambience and our host, Gianfranco was incredibly helpful. We would be delighted to return

Gianluca was a pleasant host and the apartment was as advertised. It was clean, in a great location, and had a great balcony overlooking a street in the town. I would 100% stay here again.

This might be the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in! The decoration was lovely, felt really airy and spacious and a hipster but homely aesthetic - we’ve taking inspiration for our home. Also very cool even without the air con on, even in 34 degrees. Really good location and lovely to see the sea from bed. The restaurants were great. The owner was very good at communicating and we’re pretty sure he bought a high chair brand new for our baby, or looked brand new anyway! Appreciated the vinyl and book selection. Our baby loved dancing to the disco tunes.

I had the pleasure of staying a few days in Gabriele's apartment. Very nice and cozy apartment, makes you feel at home. Great communication from the host, apartment close enough to the center and convenient for walking. Well equipped with all the main utilities and clean! If I go back to Oristano, I'll definitely know who to contact :) see you soon

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, from dishwasher to washing machine and AC. Parking in front of the building was always available and we could contact Giovanna for all our questions. The bed is comfortable but a lit squeeky. The beach in Torre Grande is OK, but there are plenty of very nice ones in 15 minutes driving distance

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The sea view is wonderful and even though sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window facing the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on places to go. We had a very good time!

It was a lovely stay and a perfect start to explore the western part of Sardegna. Magomadas is a small and remote village,if you seek calm and peace thats the right place to go. The apartment is spacious and has a spectacular view from the mountains to the ocean - great balcony. You can get to the ocean with a car in 10 minutes, there are great places around and worth exploring in the countryside aswell. You have everything you need (washing machine, big fridge, cooking utensils) and very clean. Be aware: your not on the coast so it's a little cooler in the evening, which was great for me to get a great sleep even in June.

We stayed with my wife all month of August in this house. Silvia and Tony, the owners are available and very courteous, upon arrival they welcomed us by providing us with a series of information on what to see and where to eat. Information that has been useful to us for a beautiful vacation. Thank you so much. The house is very nice, very clean, quiet and cool. In short, it has everything you need for a relaxing and very pleasant vacation It is also in a fantastic location very close to a cliff from which you can enjoy a wonderful view with unforgettable sunsets The house is a great base to see all the beauty that is nearby. Highly recommended.
