Great place, lots of thought in everything

Honestly the perfect stay! Amazing location next to the train station (no noise) and staying in Prato was a breath of fresh air compared to the craziness of Florence. The apartment was ideal for our month long stay and felt just like home. Would 100% stay again.

We have never recovered so quickly and well as in this remote, beautiful and wonderfully simple cottage in the middle of the Tuscan hills. We rarely had such peace and quiet anywhere. In addition, the surroundings were beautifully scenic and the paths not far to the most important cities such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca or Siena. Filippo gave us valuable excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and is a great man and also a nice and educated conversation partner. We only met Benedetta briefly upon our arrival, but she is certainly the good soul and worker in the background. We felt totally comfortable with the two and are grateful for a heavenly holiday week!

We stayed 2 days at Daiana's house, a fantastic experience, where you can relax and unwind a bit. Daiana is very nice, as well as an artist! We had an infinitely good time, the apartment was very clean, and equipped with all comforts, cool, Very spacious and with attention to the smallest details, parking in front of the latter, I hope to return soon!

We had a great stay in Prato! The train station is a 20-minute walk away and provides easy access to the center of Florence. I recommend it :)

OOO man what a place .Marco was an amazing host with a beautiful property. He & his Nephew was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and tidy, everything was just like the photos and has everything one might need for a stay like at home, including coffee, salt, sugar etc. One thing to mentioned, the hairdryer was missing and after requesting Marco provided a new hairdryer immediately without any hesitation . I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A five star customer satisfaction for the property .

It was the last accommodation of our family's trip to Italy. It was really comfortable like my own home, like a Korean apartment. Kitchen appliances and built-in fixtures are very high quality and have a sophisticated interior. In addition, it was a cozy location where I could properly feel the village of Florence, not a complicated tourist destination, so I was able to have a new experience. The gelato shop nearby was really the best. I'm returning with the last good memories of my trip to Italy in a wonderful and comfortable accommodation where I can feel the host's sense. Thank you for your kindness. I highly recommend this place.

The stay at Sylvia‘s apartment was amazing! It was clean and tidy spotless. Every possible requirement and amenity I needed while I stayed there was there. There was a local supermarket, easy to shop easy to cook in Sylvia‘s apartment. Everything was in working order. She even provided detergent and dishwashing soap. The terrace was perfect to relax and dry my clothes and wash my clothes. I was extremely happy with the location being that the train was easily accessible and only 10 minutes from the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. It was pristine and way exceeded my expectations. She was responsive and provided easy check-in and check out directions. I plan to stay here again next year when I return to Florence.

Christina and Marco were wonderful hosts. They both were extremely active and were very accommodative for any requests. The house was neat, spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit out of the city and hard to reach at late nights due to less connectivity. Other than that, the space offers a free parking, great internet connectivity for workcation and a calm neighbourhood. Overall a very positive experience and you feel right at home!

It was easy to get here from the airport. The apartment is very cozy and cool in summer, which we really appreciated with the heat that it was the days we went. The sheets are super soft and comfortable. And Corrado was very attentive and kind to all needs. It was a pleasure to be there and I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive and very well explained all the procedures. Great size of apartment, big rooms and bathrooms, even the outdoor space. Overall great stay at Agriturismo Saliceto.

The stay at Andrea's house went more than well! Very kind host, super helpful. The house is very clean and in a really quiet area. We stayed during very hot days and the presence of the air conditioners really saved our lives. Andrea also gave us a lot of tips about the surrounding area that turned out to be very valuable. It is close to Florence and other places of interest. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
