Die Gastgeberinnen haben für alles gesorgt, der Aufenthalt war toll!

Der Aufenthalt bei Eleonora war total schön. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und, aufgrund der Lage direkt am Bahnhof, sehr gut an Florenz angebunden. Während unseres Aufenthalts sollte eigentlich das Wasser in ganz Prato abgestellt werden (was zum Glück in der Wohnung für keine Probleme sorgte) - trotzdem hat uns Eleonora Wasserkanister bereitgestellt, falls es doch Probleme geben sollte. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr schön und bietet für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz! Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war auch stets total freundlich und sie hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful stay here in Prato for a workshop! Claudia was friendly, responsive, and the flat was clean and very comfortable. I’d absolutely stay again and would certainly recommend the flat (and its gorgeous garden) for others visiting Prato during their time in Italy!

abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni a casa di Daiana, un esperienza fantastica, dove cercare del relax e staccare un po', Daiana é molto simpatica, oltre che un artista! ci siamo trovati infinitamente bene, appartamento pulitissimo, e dotato di tutti i confort, fresco, molto spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli, parcheggio presente dinanzi a quest' ultimo, Spero tanto di tornare presto!

Wir haben uns noch nie so schnell und gut erholt wie in diesem abgelegenen, wunderschönen und herrlich schlichten Häuschen inmitten der toskanischen Hügel. Wir hatten so einen Frieden und solch eine Ruhe selten irgendwo. Zudem war die Umgebung landschaftlich herrlich und die Wege nicht weit zu den wichtigsten Städten wie Florenz, Pistoia, Lucca oder Siena. Filippo hat uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben und ist ein ganz toller Mann und zudem ein netter und gebildeter Gesprächspartner. Benedetta haben wir nur bei unserer Ankunft kurz getroffen, sie ist aber bestimmt die gute Seele und Arbeiterin im Hintergrund. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt bei den beiden und sind dankbar für eine himmlische Ferienwoche!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Prato! La gare à 20 minutes à pied permet d’accéder au centre de Florence facilement. Je recommande :)

Giordano è un ragazzo cordiale e molto disponibile, la casa è pulita e ben collegata con i mezzi. Consigliatissima

smestaj je perfektan , divno mirno okruzenje , savrsena lokacija, parking idealan , David divan domacin, kao stariji brat koji ima odgovore na sva pitanja 😊 sve u svemu savrsen smestaj za sve . toliko je sve savrseno i vredi svali € koji date pa cak i vise od toga 😊 vraticemo se sigurno opet , Milena , Marija, Tanja 🥰

L'appartamento è molto grande e ben ordinato. Trovarlo è stato piuttosto semplice e le indicazioni fornite da Tatiana sono state chiare e utili per effettuare velocemente il check-in. L'host è sempre stata tempestiva nelle risposte. La cosa che migliorerei è la macchina del caffè: Tatiana ci ha carinamente fornito delle cialde ma il vano cialda era da due, quindi è venuto acquoso. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva e mi sento di consigliare questo alloggio.

OOO man what a place .Marco was an amazing host with a beautiful property. He & his Nephew was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and tidy, everything was just like the photos and has everything one might need for a stay like at home, including coffee, salt, sugar etc. One thing to mentioned, the hairdryer was missing and after requesting Marco provided a new hairdryer immediately without any hesitation . I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! A five star customer satisfaction for the property .

Casa spaziosa, bella, pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Graziella è stata veramente gentile con noi, ci ha fornito le giuste indicazioni ed è stata super disponibile: si è preoccupata che tutto fosse perfetto. Ancora grazie:) Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento carino e ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 per due notti per un evento alla Visarno Arena e non potremmo essere stati più soddisfatti. Zona tranquilla e con comodo parcheggio lungo la strada, ma a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria che permette di arrivare con facilità alla stazione di SMN (circa 20 minuti). Albis è stato un host gentile e attento. Consiglio vivamente!

L'appartamento di Silvia è eccezionale: perfettamente ristrutturato, è tutto nuovissimo (e pulitissimo) ed è dotato di ogni possibile confort ultramoderno (compresa l'aria condizionata, ovviamente) e sistema di sicurezza. L'appartamento è lumioso ma allo stesso tempo sul suo ampio terrazzo - ben vivibile e organizzato con tavolino e sedie, si affacciano degli alberi bellissimi che ti fanno dimanticare di essere in città ! Tutto è super pulito e profumato. Silvia ci ha fatto inoltre trovare le capsule per il caffè (con relativa macchinetta) e diversi dolcetti per la colazione! Non ultimo sotto casa ci sono le fermate di due comodissimi tram che portano praticamente ovunque a Firenze ... Torneremo sicuramente !!! Consigliatissimo !!! Grazie Silvia !!!

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familien 2 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Giovanni hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und super sauber. Alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zum Abendessen waren wir in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft. Auch hier kann ich nur positives berichten. Wir können die Wohnung von Giovanni nur empfehlen.

Ha sido fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto. El apartamento es muy acogedor y fresco en verano, cosa que agradecimos mucho con el calor que hizo los días que fuimos. Las sábanas son super suaves y cómodas. Y Corrado fue muy atento y amable con todas las necesidades. Fue un placer estar ahí y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Francesca’s place is perfectly located near the airport, super convenient for early morning flights. It also very easy to get to Florence old town on the train. The apartment was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. Francesca was great at communicating in a timely fashion and the instructions for location, keys… were very clear. Highly recommend!

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

We loved our stay here. Right next to the Duomo and close to everything in Florence making it super easy to get around. Loved the inside of the apartment too and was overall amazing. Silvia was very helpful and great!
