Our small studio is 10 minutes walk from the old city center and 15 from Piazza del Campo (way almost flat, with a beautiful view). It consists of a small room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. Nell’antico complesso rurale del Caggio, “Il vecchio noce” offre un appartamento interamente ristrutturato (recentemente, questo inverno passato 2025/26) che può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone. Il complesso è situato nel cuore della campagna toscana, sulla Montagnola senese, nei pressi del borgo medievale di Monteriggioni e del tracciato della Via Francigena. L’alloggio è denominato “granaio” del borgo essendo esposto a sud ed al piano terra.

"Guardo al Chianti" is a completely new apartment for 4 people, furnished in Tuscan style. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the famous "Conca d'Oro in Panzano." Panzano is famous for its wines: Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan. There are 22 farms a few kilometers away that offer visits to the cellars and tastings of their wines and oil. The apartment is a short walk from the Coop Supermarket, Pharmacy and town center.
