Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. This large, renovated farmhouse is at about one hour drive from Cologne and Trier, in the beautiful Eifel. Here is a lot to do, just look into my travel guide.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to unwind. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large seating area is a cozy place to stay. In the well-equipped kitchen you can turn any meal into a party. A separate playroom and TV room gives place to the children to relax after an active day.

The prices are based on an occupancy of 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late departure until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €26 per night. Very special house with park-like garden and Baroque gazebo. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different angles and corners on different levels and great views.
