The villa features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room in 130 m². Enjoy the 32 m² private pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace, and barbecue. Uživajte u prekrasnom ambijentu ovog luksuznog smještaja u prirodi s panoramskim pogledom. Stone House Baracchi je stara kamena kuća u potpunosti renovirana 2023. Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.
