Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu 15 minuta hodanja do centra. Apartman se prvi puta otvara za goste u ljeto 2024. Najbliža plaža zove se Pješćana uvala i udaljena je svega nekoliko minuta kao i veći dućani i Pula City Mall.

Within 500 meters you will find many restaurants and bars, parks, the food market, buses, taxi, the sea front, and the Roman amphitheatre Arena.
