The 1 room apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated 2016 old building in the beautiful Cologne Lindenthal, just in front of the Cologne Belt, near the university hospital. Despite the central location (bus to downtown and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away) it is quiet in the apartment as it is located in a back house. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry workshop renovated to the apartment - impresses with its old building charm, combined with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.
