Quiet Woodland Apartment

Quiet Woodland Apartment is a remodeled basement apartment. We are situated on eight acres of woods two miles from downtown Greenville. Shenango Reservoir and Recreation Area, Pymatuning and Goddard State parks are fifteen to twenty minutes away. Thiel College and St. Paul’s Retirement Community are also only three miles, and downtown Greenville is two miles away. Private entry and parking space, a fully functioning kitchen and comfortable living space adds to the charm of this location.

Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the country just off of a quiet, unpaved road. We have excellent neighbors, but none in sight of the cabin :-) Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Alice and Doc's Place

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a cozy space whether you are brought here for business or leisure. We offer a comfortable king size bed and a full size futon, if needed. The private guest entry has steps with an optional ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

Grandview Apartment

Lovely totally private space only a 3 minute walk to Pymatuning lake in two directions. Located in the family friendly Grandview Allotment, everything you need to enjoy the lake is close by. The apartment, located on the bottom floor of my home features brand new everything! With two comfy queen beds, there is plenty of space for two couples. A living room, private bath with shower and kitchenette guarantee your enjoyment. Note: access to the apartment is through the upper floor of my home.

Kick back and relax in our completely renovated keepsake by the lake. This little cottage has been in our family for four generations, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years. A stone's throw to Pymatuning Lake shore, you can be on the lake within minutes. Centrally located, a short drive to Andover, Jamestown, or Conneaut Lake. The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a new wrap around deck. The vaulted ceiling really opens up the small footprint.
