House holiday rentals in Pyrgos Kallistis

This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

Our stay at Stilvi Suite was fantastic-very clean and well maintained. It was located on a path which made it easy to get anywhere we wished. Georgia was the perfect host, answering many questions we had and calming the media hyped concerns on area seismic activity. She made efforts to check-in with us and was so accommodating. Her recommendations were very helpful (transportation, restaurants and sailing adventure) and her candid feedback was appreciated. Beautiful sunset and relaxing in/by the pool was a plus!

Beautiful location, the pool and view exactly as shown and described online, walking distance to beach, restaurant and grocery store. Driver Nicolas was always available and fantastic!

Our stay was wonderful. Annie made our trip extra easy by booking all our transfers and dinner reservations. She perfectly timed massages for our arrival.

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Couldn’t say one bad thing about our stay. Very private location with an amazing view and the town of Aliki is just a couple minutes away with tons of amazing ocean front restaurants. Host was extremely sweet and reached out to us with multiple recommendations, even had a restaurant that was able to deliver food to the airbnb. This place is such a gem and would absolutely stay again as we’re already planning a trip back.

Beautiful house with incredible view and wonderful hostess

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!

The cottage is very tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped as if you were at someone's home - great! The communication with the two was very pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice time!

Nikolaus' place was in a beautiful setting on the ocean. My wife and I had a very relaxing vacation in Piso Livadi. The house was clean, well equipped, and provided privacy despite being near the restaurants. Our stay was very relaxing! Thank you, Nikolaus. We would gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Syrolia Village. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed in kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Although it is close to the main road it is very quiet and peaceful with outdoor table for breakfast etc and very comfortable lounging area. Air con inside was very good when needed. It is set just up the hill (easy walking distance for us couple of oldies) from the organised beach of Kini with a good number of tavernas and great food. It has a lovely family feel. Iakovos was an excellent host - nothing was too much bother, he helped with taxis, local recommendations etc he kept in touch but was never intrusive. He went the extra mile! Iakovos doesn't live locally but was there for us electronically! His parents are nearby - gifts of eggs, vegetables and home cooked stuffed courgettes! Again very understanding of our space but just let us know if there was a problem they were on hand but we had no problems with Syrolia whilst there.

This was my first trip to Greece and my first stay on a Greek island. Hydra is charming, and the apartment including the back patio area is comfortable and practical. George also gave wonderful guidance as to local restaurants, bars and beaches which I relied upon a lot during my 5 nights. He is also responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend this particular property and him specifically.

I believe this place was even better than the photos. There was nothing even remotely negative to say about it. The pool was awesome and the view was stunning. The king bed was so comfortable. Personally I liked that it had two washrooms. Plenty of storage if needed. Totally worth the money, and I hope we can get back soon.

If you wish to be in the heart of Aegina's capital, this is the place to be! This traditional flat from wood and stone is located at the picturesque centre of the city, just a few meters from the seaside promenade and walking distance from all the restaurants, cafés and shops! Although the flat is located in the middle of the old town and all restaurants and places are really next to it, noise is not a problem since the sound insulation windows are really efficient. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 normal bedroom with a bathroom located next to it) and an open space kitchen and sitting room. All the rooms are A/C equipped. The flat is ideal for a group of friends, totalling 3 or 4 people. It goes without saying that one will need to rent a car in order to discover the island's turquoise beaches and to explore Athena's temple. This is a very rare find, indeed!

Absolutely lovely house in a perfect location. The house is small but beautifully designed and we had everything we needed. The view over the bay is incredible and you’re ideally situated to explore this wonderful island. Because of the location you have absolute privacy at the house which is very special. Giorgos the host was fantastic, so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful views and nice amenities. House was clean & well furnished. Spa was nice and hot. Our contact on the island Demy was GREAT and will help with anything you need. There is a nice market for groceries and several restaurants and beach bars in Marathonas Beach, a 5 minute walk. No sidewalks in the area and not much shoulder on the side of the road so be cautious walking with young ones. The house is on a main road so there is a lot of road noise, but that's the trade off for being on the water. The Air Conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and made it very comfortable. The unit in the Family room was not cooling properly, but the weather was nice enough that it didn't matter with the windows open. I did recommend to them that they have it checked before the hot summer months begin. We didn't want to rent a car so we used a taxi daily to get around. Demy can give you a great contact to text when you need a ride. I would definitely stay here again.

TL;DR Stunning air bnb. Very worth it for a first visit to Santorini. Booked Catherine’s room for our first visit to Santorini and it was fantastic. The views from the air BnB are even more beautiful than the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. It also came with an actual duvet which isn’t very typical from what we’ve experienced on other islands. She also provided a lot of services and assistance during the trip such as restaurant reservations, taxis, porters to move our suitcases to/from the post office and daily cleaning of the room. Note: the route to the air BnB is a bit precarious so it might not be suitable for people who are less active. The jacuzzi also isn’t as hot as jacuzzis in the states but was still very enjoyable. Also Santorini is experiencing a water shortage so there might be bouts where the shower/tap won’t be working but it doesn’t last very long.

Words cannot describe how lovely our time at A Deck Feeling has been. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a breathtaking location. Ermoupoli is special and this neighborhood is idyllic. The color of the sea at your feet and the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep is food for the soul. As wonderful as the physical space, it is the owners, Iro and Dimitris, that really take this stay to the next level. Thank you both for your genuine hospitality and kindness! We hope to see you again soon!

Perfect stay in Milo’s! Easy to check in and communicate. The location was quiet and relaxing. Incredible to be right on the water. Would love to stay again!

We stayed for a week and loved the place of Konstantinos. Great selection of books to read (though most of them in greek, which is understandable:)). The short walk to the harbor is easy! There is also a supermarket just 5 min walk with all the needed. The house and the interior is authentic and has many great details from Greece and Hydra. At night we moved to the terrace upstairs and had the time to enjoy the night sky and the stars. Great stay and would love to come visit again! Bohdan & Mariia

We had a wonderful stay! Demetrius was very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The location is amazing—right on the port, so no hills to climb, which was a huge plus. The space was perfect for three people, and the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch.

Erginas Boathouse and our host Desy were absolutely incredible. Can not believe how unique and special it felt to stay right on the beach in a gorgeous place such as Firopotamos!! Best place I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve worked in the travel industry and been a traveller for over 30 years). Thankyou thankyou thankyou for this opportunity. Loved it so very much.

We enjoyed our stay at Rougets. Ideal location for us, about a 7-10 min walk to the port with many ways to explore town on the way. The terrace had wonderful views across the bay, which we used everyday. The courtyard was lovely to be in when needing to be out of the sun. Inside is incredibly clean and a very restful space to be in. Bathroom and Kitchen are small and functional. Allowing us to have a comfortable stay for 5 days. We loved the ‘laid back’ style of Rougets and would recommend to anyone. David was a great host, warm and friendly on arrival and quick to respond to any message, as well as providing recommendations.
