Holiday rentals with a patio in Pyrgos Kallistis

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

Our stay at Flora and Xaris’ place truly exceeded our expectations. The location, comfort, and cleanliness were exceptional—but what made the experience unforgettable were the amazing hosts themselves, Flora and Xaris. They are some of the warmest and kindest people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting through Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though we had known them far longer. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and to simplify everything—from airport pickup to arranging moped, ATV, or car rentals. Despite our flight being delayed for several hours, Xaris was still there waiting for us at the airport, greeting us with a warm smile. When we arrived, we were welcomed with big, warm hugs from the extraordinary Flora. Wine and cold water were waiting for us, along with a map & suggestions. This has been our most memorable Airbnb experience to date. We will absolutely be back—and we highly recommend you stay at Villa Flora Akis.

I booked this place last minute because we wanted to be near the airport for our flight out. The location is perfect, and was surprised how big and spacious the place is. We had already returned our rental car but there’s restaurants not far and a taxi cost about 5 euros each way. We ate at Miteran (not sure on spelling) that was amazing. Would stay here again.

we loved staying here! far enough from the port where it was quiet and peaceful but close enough where everything was walkable. near a beach and restaurants and a grocery store, had everything we needed. marinos provided us with beach towels as well which was nice! lovely balcony with beautiful lemon trees AND stray baby kittens lived right outside, cared for by a lovely greek woman next door. we loved this beautiful classic cycladic greek stay & island :))))

A breathtaking experience. If you ever want to open the doors and be unable to describe the raw beauty and detail of a truly one of a kind property, then this is your place. Impossible to describe how extraordinary this location really is! A 1000000/10

We loved this location - it was exactly what we wanted, and perfect for the two of us. Monastiraki is a great location - a base for exploring the history of Athens, the busy flea market, plenty of restaurants. Things to bear in mind: this is on the seventh floor at the top of a building, and the lift goes to the sixth floor, but the view is worth the extra stairs; it’s a busy neighbourhood, with lots of night life, so expect to hear some music from the adjacent attic bar, although this really didn’t bother us (shut the windows!). The host was very responsive and exceptionally helpful - we appreciated the guides to neighbourhoods, eating places, etc. All in all we loved the location, the lay-out of the premises, the character of the apartment. We would definitely try to stay here again if available.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

I can recommend Gigi's apartment 100%! The communication was great, clear and pleasant from the start. The furnishings corresponded to the pictures and were supplemented by loving, local products (including honey, jam). There was a daily cleaning service and the location was perfect for exploring the island. ☺️ Great value for money and always worth a trip!

This was my first trip to Greece and my first stay on a Greek island. Hydra is charming, and the apartment including the back patio area is comfortable and practical. George also gave wonderful guidance as to local restaurants, bars and beaches which I relied upon a lot during my 5 nights. He is also responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend this particular property and him specifically.

This is a beautiful, stylish, very peaceful place away from busy lives. We felt at home straight away. Kythira in May is great. Sleeping with the doors open with the sound of the sea in the background was so therapeutic. A fantastic view of the beach 5 minutes away which in may most days we had all to ourselves. The restaurant over the road is great and Eve and her husband are very friendly too. Thanks George for letting us stay in your lovely home.

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Charming traditional home with breathtaking views from the balcony — truly a hidden gem in Pragmatefti near Leonidio. Every morning (and night) felt magical. The house has an authentic, warm feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Mina was more than perfect — friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout. Would definitely return!

Beautiful old house. Welcoming check in

The Mulberry is a fantastic place to stay! It is well equipped, had a nice pool and terraces. From the rooftop you have a great view over the sea. We had some issues with warm water during the first 2 mornings but Michael and Tina took it seriously and did their utmost to fix it (and they managed). Would love to come back one day!

I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect- feels safe, is walkable to the major sights, and also has tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. The unit was very clean (including the hot tub) and there was an AC unit in every room and was very strong, which was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
