A small oasis to relax. Beautiful garden and very well-maintained and well-equipped house. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We fell in love with this place in 2023 and so we returned in 2024. If you are a couple looking for somewhere beautiful to have a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place. I totally recommend it.

The accommodation met all our needs, a quiet and peaceful place. The location of the accommodation allows you to radiate in Morbihan. We really appreciated the recommendation to visit Rochefort-en-Terre, a very charming village with an incredible museum! Wonderful location in old town of Vannes. We found public parking nearby(less than 5 min walk). The appartment has been very tastefully renovated, is very roomy and in an excellent spot, so close to great restaurants, boulangeries and the market in the Halles. I highly recommend it!

Sandrine's apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. Everything felt new. The shower was powerful and very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Communication with Sandrine was easy and she kept in touch before and during our short stay. There is a brilliant boulangerie/patisserie nearby (Patisserie Gael) - just a short walk down the hill. The apartment overlooks the small free car park in Place Sant Goustan but there is other free parking nearby if that is full.

Cédric and Justine are very welcoming hosts, with good fishing tips. The listing is true to the listing, clean and very peaceful. The proximity to the sea is ideal. We would recommend this studio without hesitation for a stay in Penerf.

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi that is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the accommodation. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Very clean apartment and very welcoming and kind owner!

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.
