The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.
