Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

The cottage is ideal for sweet lazing and as a starting point to explore upper regions of mountains, hiking up the hills.

The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

The cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette.
