It is a cozy 2-room apartment in Kamenz in the district of Jesau which was completely renovated in 2023. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Close to the city and lots of nature

The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

In the basement, the original preserved granite construction impresses, which not only breathes charm but also history. The newly built floor on the upper floor was built in sustainable timber construction and houses three high-quality furnished apartments, each with 33 m² of living space.
