The house is located 100 meters from the river Elbe on a bike trail about 4km from Nymburk. Doubrava is a small village. About 300 meters from the house there is a sandpit with the possibility of bathing in clean water. The towns of Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem and Milovice can be found within 15 km. You'll love my place because of its cozyness and peace of mind including a large garden. If you like cycling, fishing or canoeing, you're in the right place. I offer unconventional accommodation in a brand new shepherds hut style. The shepherd's hut itself is 6x 2.5m and the amenities include a shower, a hot water heater, a separation toilet, a sink, an induction hob (in winter you can cook on the stove- the food tastes perfect on the fire:) ), a refrigerator with a freezer, a sofa bed for two, and a large bed of 2.3x 1.7m with a futon mattress with a protector. Lake Lhota is a short distance away, great for swimming. By car about 3 min.

The apartment is on the attic floor of a family house. The whole loft is accessible through a separate entrance. This is a complete apartment, which can be used all year round. The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other equipment is partly old preserved, partly restored. The beds are equipped with new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bicycle storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.
