Holiday rentals in Ramazzano - Le Pulci

We loved everything in this house, a beautiful Umbrian country house that feels like home away from home and where you just want to stay! From the beautiful view to the quality of bedding, rooms, plenty of exquisite details such as scented soaps from the area, tons of bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to the so many corners outside where you can either be together or find your own place to read, everything was perfect! A great pool as well that sadly we could not try because of bad weather in may (lots of rain), olive trees in the garden, plenty of plants and 2 beautiful, laid back house cats. The owner Flavio also went as far as ordering a birthday cake for my daughter and insisted that this was his gift, together with a bottle of bubbly. Caroline was always reactive and helped us to sort out trains , so all in all very friendly hosts. 5 stars! The only downside is the road to go to the house, you need a good car as the last part of the road is a steep climb!

Agriturismo in the middle of the Umbrian hills, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. We stayed in one of the apartments, clean, tidy, and with clean sheets and towels. The property has a small soccer field and a pool (which we did not use because it is out of season). The reservation is managed by a host not present on the spot, there we found Antonella who welcomed us in the best way by providing us with all the directions we needed. She also offered us breakfast and dinner at the Agriturismo and turned out to be a great cook. Overall, everything is extremely positive and with a good value.

A mini garden of Eden with safety, great communication, and a clean, cozy space. It was a peaceful escape from our hectic American lives and the perfect place to land as our first stop in Italy. The dogs became our best buds and it was a treat to see my favorite animals, peacocks. If ever I am so lucky to return, this home would be on my list.

Great apartment in the countryside near Perugia, equipped with all the comforts. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, responsive and collaborative host. Tactical location for visiting the various beautiful Umbre cities. 100% recommended

Very clean and well-maintained place, average neighborhood, like in the province, but the place is created by people, and here was Nadia, who created a very friendly place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city with her smile and positive attitude. The property is well-maintained, clean, you can spend wonderful moments in the pool, cooling off on a hot day. Good and quick access to the surrounding small towns of Umbria, where you can drink delicious coffee and pasta with truffles. For those who still had to work on the available wifi even by the pool. And here again, Nadia's quick action made the little trouble with the internet quickly resolved. Dear Nadia, we wanted to thank you again for your warm welcome and care throughout our stay. We wish you many wonderful guests.

Simply put - WOW! The villa was fabulous. The grounds were beautiful. Everyone loved it. I can’t praise the hosts enough. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. Laura is the kind of host people hope to meet when they rent with Airbnb. She brought us wood when we wanted a fire. She gave us suggestions about where to eat and what to see. And she even told us the best way to drive to Milan and what to see there. We learned about the olive oil they made from their 5000 olive trees and they provided a bottle of the oil for us to enjoy. There were 7 of us so the large dining table was a wonderful place to eat meals together. The sofas provided plenty of room for us all to sit by the fire. There is 1 first floor bedroom which was important for us. There are 3 different areas outside for dining. We even picked cherries off the wild cherry tree. And last but not least, Anna greeted us with one of her amazing homemade fruit tarts and a quiche! Blew our minds!

Our stay with Vera and Julio was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. They were most accommodating, friendly and informative. Their property is beautiful and well appointed. Their guidance and suggestions throughout our stay were much appreciated. We were a large party, and a mix of young and old, family and friends. All in our group loved the venue and the service.!
