Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. As frequent Airbnb users, we were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail—everything from kitchen appliances to bathroom amenities was thoughtfully provided. Communication with Angelika was excellent. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and clear. When we had a small issue with the apartment, she promptly sent her brother to take care of it—much appreciated! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful walking trails nearby. The apartment is just a 5–10 minute drive from Wasserburg am Inn, or about a 45–60 minute walk if you're up for it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying with Stefan! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and received many tips on excursions and events. The apartment is rustic and cozy - and pleasantly cool despite the summer heat. The location is quiet and ideal for those who are mobile by car. With our dogs, we could roam through meadows directly from the house, without having to look for a park first. For our children, the hen with its chicks and the cows on the farm were a real highlight. Stefan was very warm, explained everything well and we felt welcome right away. He also pointed out/invited us to a current event nearby. The only small note: In the kitchen, some cutlery was missing – for us, no problem, as we only made coffee. Overall, a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Gladly again! Thank you, Stefan!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was super clean and maintained. There is a lot of love in the apartment, so you feel very comfortable. For us, the accommodation offered a great starting point for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg. We recommend.
