Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. Beautiful house surrounded by greenery and nature. Very clean with lots of bathrooms and beds. We were just sorry that the pool was emptied, but we understand that in April the days are not always warm. Highly recommended in warmer months to spend more time outdoors. Garden and pool look much bigger than in the photos and don't rise on a small climb outside the main outdoor patio. The owners are very kind and have also offered to take a friend of ours to Perugia station, very appreciated! They were also very flexible on the check-in time and welcomed us in person :) Thanks again!

A mini garden of Eden with safety, great communication, and a clean, cozy space. It was a peaceful escape from our hectic American lives and the perfect place to land as our first stop in Italy. The dogs became our best buds and it was a treat to see my favorite animals, peacocks. If ever I am so lucky to return, this home would be on my list.

An amazing super-authentic place in the middle of the Tuscan nature & fields ! The hacienda style accommodation truly offers a unique experience of the Tuscan country side. The accommodation is very authentic while also offering on-site restaurant with excellent food and excellent wine. The hosts are truly amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The location is also very good as it is easily connected with main points of interest (i.e. places to visit, eat, etc).

We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat.
