Apartment as described during booking. Central and very convenient location to reach the city center. Catia has always been available, even by phone, and showed a lot of sensitivity when she promptly (within a few hours) solved a very small problem. The kitchen and bathroom equipment was more than satisfactory. During our stay, the Giostra della Quintana was in full swing, which obviously involved a little more evening and night noise, well compensated by the possibility of being able to attend the event. In conclusion, it can be said that it was an excellent base point from which to visit the city and also many other villages and towns in Umbria. Recommended. Alberto Seveso

More than excellent accommodation at Agriturismo Molinella's. Lovely welcome with a refreshment after our long journey. Superb newly refurnished pretty buildings with the most fantastic view of Assisi. Good to have some outside seating options. Great selection for breakfast including freshly made scrambled eggs, comfortable bed and sparkly clean. Would stay again.

Our whole family loved our stay at Borgo Di Pianciano. The property is very serene and the house was perfect for a family gathering while in the area for a wedding. We loved gathering in the kitchen and dining room after long days of traveling to visit other cities like Spello, Trevi, Assisi and the Montefalco winery called Montione, which was amazing. We also had pizza made in the kitchen pizza-oven the evening of our arrival - which was fantastic and very relaxing. I have to say that Livia was one of the best hosts we have ever communicated with and also helped arrange some groceries from the local market for our arrival. She had so many great recommendations about the area and was always quick to respond. The groundskeepers family were also really helpful with rides and pickups around the area when we preferred not to drive. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t thank Livia, Cat & Daniella enough. We would definitely return.

Our stay in Spello was truly unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the charming piazza kennedy, and we were lucky to be there during the stunning Infiorata festival—watching the intricate floral carpets being created right below our balcony was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made it a perfect retreat whether the weather was warm or cool. A special thank you to our host, Ferruccio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up at the Spello station due to the heat, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Magical place, framed in the bucolic Umbrian nature that reserves silence and peace for those lucky enough to visit it. A property equipped with all the necessary amenities. An experience made unique not only by the place that is unique in name and in fact but also by the hospitality and helpfulness of those who work there. The basket/breakfast was very much appreciated!!!!

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!
