Monthly Rentals in Ravanella

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property just outside Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet only a short drive to the center. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Antonio was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!

Leonardo, Lisa, & Nonna Sylvana all went the extra mile to make things run smoothly for us. With the welcoming torta & pizza, & the homemade lasagna a few days later, we were able to get by with very few groceries for the week. The villa & surroundings are incredible! The house is immaculate & well supplied. We didn't have a car but having one would have been nice to reach the surrounding area. We navigated the bus system that is available & it took us awhile to figure it out, but once learned, we were able to get to & from Florence. We walked to & from Impruneta which was further away than we realized. It's a bit tricky with no sidewalks, so we had to be careful. (Note: No taxis were available.) We splurged on a winery tour through Tours of Tuscany that picked us up & dropped us off at the villa, & drove us to 2 different wineries & San Gimignano. Amazing! Communication with our host was easy, very pleasant, & timely. We'd love to return & spend even more time there some day.

From the moment we booked our stay, our communication with Cate was excellent and thorough. Her attention to detail was wonderful and we were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and while it has old world charm, everything is up-to-date and very modern - yet done in a way that reflects the period of the home Our group consisted of two families each with three kids- for a total of 10 people. There were ample places for everyone to rest and relax, and the kids had so much fun swimming in the beautiful pool. It is evident that Kate and her family take great pride in their property, as well as the town that they live in. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have the most amazing experience while being there. Without a doubt, we would book this Villa again, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic Tuscan villa experience!

Our stay here was incredible the location perfect, beautiful views incredible sunset!! Everything that you would imagine from the countryside in Italy is this home! My family and I honestly never wanted to leave when you look for other places to stay in Italy this one here is by far the most beautiful home the price incredible. My family and I looked at several other locations an the pictures are not what they what the reflect, we were very disappointed to find other locations don’t match what is described. Giovanna and Makram have done an incredible job here at their home. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful and welcoming they are. We very much fell in love with their family, Nona, Petra and Leonardo. We are thankful for all of you. Bravo♥️
