Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.

The newly built house in 2017 has a very pleasant charm that is infectious, never tires and always surprises you anew. It is a pleasure to stay in and around the house. Simply ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The apartment on the 2nd floor of the house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the open sea. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, "Sunprotect" windows deflect direct sunlight. Continuous underfloor heating for the cold months.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
