We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Idyllic towns and various museums to discover and much more are also available all around.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Lake Schwarz can only be navigated with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away.
