This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the over 300 year old, lovingly restored house. The floors with natural stone and wooden floorboards are also well equipped for the cold season with underfloor heating. All rooms have several windows that can be darkened in the bedrooms.
