Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Reggio Emilia

We had a fantastic stay in Alfredo's beautiful apartment and would book it again immediately and at any time when visiting Bologna. The apartment was in top condition, everything looked new and was also furnished with attention to detail, so that we felt right at home. There was even water and snacks in the fridge, which was really a totally friendly touch. We were also thrilled with the location, as we got to the core of Bologna on foot and there were really great restaurants, cafés and ice cream parlors within a 15-30 minute walk. Communication also worked out perfectly. We hope to come back to Bologna one day and stay here again :)

I felt very good. The apartment is as described, nothing was missing. Everything new and well cared for, perfect cleanliness and impeccable amenities. When I arrived, there was a bit of nightlife on the street, I was afraid of hearing noises in the room, but the apartment is very well isolated and I slept very well. The host was very kind and responsive, he gave me all the instructions to access on my own, I felt very good. A real treat, it is the breakfast affiliated with keik, a small themed "bar" that is located under the apartment building, fantastic

Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Total pros! Mattia is a flexible, responsive and caring host. The studio is quiet, clean and economical (with plenty of cabinets to put away your things). We were able to wash/dry our clothes downstairs with their machines and detergent. We prepared meals at the apartment too. Loved Modena, in part because of our lodging!

Everything is perfect! I recommend!!

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

... beautiful location in front of a small Italian mountain village (opposite the church outside the castle-like village). The furnishings are practically thought out in a small space, without superfluous items and yet appealing. The location is optimal as a quiet retreat and for trips to the sea and sights: La Spezia 1/2 h by car, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h by car and 1/4 h by train (from La Spezia station), Lucca 1 h by car, Pisa 1 h by car and beach in Lerici 1/2 h by car. Hiking is probably also very interesting in the mountainous wooded area. We didn't do that this time and will try it out on our next stay. Since the mountain slope drops steeply right behind the house, there is a sunny spot only on the small balcony and on the old stone bench to the street. That's no problem with the little traffic and the totally nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable for 10 days.

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the very kind service of the host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, and she also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

This place was extremely welcoming and clean, with everything you need for a stay, including a washer and dryer! Pia and Marco were very communicative and helpful. While you wouldn’t know it from the street or neighborhood, once you come through the gate you are instantly taken to your own personal oasis in the city. Perfectly accessible to the train station as well as easy walking distance to the rest of the city. There is a public park around the corner that was very vibrant with local activities every day, with some serious pick up basketball games going on. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location in the center of Parma for getting around on foot. Spacious and comfortable accommodation in a stately building. Responsive and very helpful host. Highly recommended.

Mattia’s place was perfect for our three-day stay in old town Bologna. Comfortable accommodations, great location and friendly, helpful host. The place worked really well for us.

The check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also due to the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and there was everything you need for a short vacation. The immediate surroundings are not too nice, but on foot or by bus you are quickly in the city center and can enjoy it. All in all I would recommend the apartment on due to the good value for money!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

The accommodation is wonderful, perfectly located for activities and Sergio is a very friendly and helpful host. The recommendations for the area were excellent and the apartment is clean and very authentic and beautiful! We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.
