Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Klein und gemütlich ist unser "Seeherzchen" (23 qm), das nur 200m vom Badeplatz am See entfernt ist. Mit schönem Blick in den Schlosspark genießt Du hier ruhige Inseltage. Dabei stehen Dir auch Hallenbad, Sauna & Tischtennis zur Verfügung. Vielleicht schon bis bald? Das Schwimmbad ist täglich 6-22 Uhr geöffnet, außer in den beiden Wochen nach den Herbstferien in BW (meist die ersten 2 Novemberwochen), wird es gewartet und ist geschlossen. Die Sauna ist ganzjährig täglich 6-22 Uhr geöffnet.

Idyllic lakeside

Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich erholsame Auszeit suchen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Auch im Herbst und Winter! Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 10 min.).

You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Nature lovers and city enthusiasts' #1

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you. Your friends or family members are welcome to rent the "Nature lovers and city lovers no. 2" apartment at the same time. Through a possibly open connecting passage, you can enjoy your vacation together and still have your own realm.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Apartment with exclusive views of Lake Constance

Apartment with a room with double bed and views of the beautiful Untersee. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two people. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

The newly renovated, centrally located parquet apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the old town of Constance, Lake Constance and the surrounding area. Located directly on the pedestrian zone, the apartment on the first floor invites you to enjoy the old town flair from your own accommodation with style, especially with its friendly, spacious parquet room.

Walk to the lake in swimsuits in the morning and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach bath 2 minutes away. In the evening, stroll to the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way he could look like a holiday in our holiday apartment on Lake Constance.

1-2 person living cube with a small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m. The accommodation features a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60) , a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, car parking space, TV, WLAN, iron and ironing board. The property is in our backyard.

The apartment is well equipped, cozy, spacious and has access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the fields behind. The small sleeping gallery is very popular with the children. The lake with various opportunities for bathing is in the immediate vicinity. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.
