A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our "sea heart" (23 sqm), which is only 200m from the swimming spot on the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. Indoor swimming pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. See you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6am to 10pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 November weeks), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round every day from 6 am to 10 pm.

In beautiful apartment 4 you will soon feel at home on "the island". It was renovated and refurbished in the spring of 2025 in a very stylish and high-quality manner – natural wood elements, herringbone parquet, designer furniture. The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Fetscher 2 vacation home

The charming holiday apartment Fetscher 2 is located in a park on the island of Reichenau and offers a wonderful view of the park. The 26 m² property consists of a living room with a bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) a fan, a TV and a table tennis for shared use. A baby cot is available on request.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

House Münsterblick - Apartment Maria Insel Reichenau

Haus Münsterblick is located at the centre of the famous World Heritage Island. 
Here you can reach everything on foot. Relax between history and nature, within walking distance of the lake. The famous monastery and the church of St. George can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. Towels, bedlinen and final cleaning are included in the price. Tourist tax will be billed separately. No pets are allowed

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
