Unsere gemütliche Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit ausserhalb der hektischen Stadt wünschen. Ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss in die wunderschöne Umgebung und zu interessanten Zielen. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen - und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 20 min.).

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a closet, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.
