Our four apartments (two smaller ones on the ground floor and two larger ones on the first floor) have been lovingly and carefully restored using natural materials in a heritage-friendly manner. We fulfilled a dream with this house on the lake. Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace and quiet! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
