It impresses with a lot of love for detail: A spacious studio/loft with high ceilings and a sensational incidence of light. It has two double beds, a new, chic kitchen, a very modern, spacious full bathroom with rain shower and a terrace area in the garden. Here you can relax – far away from the hustle and bustle in Büsum or SPO!

My 120 m² apartment (year of construction 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic-style living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two good beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four/five people. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.

We took over our "Fernsicht" apartment in December 2021. Since then, it has been renovated/modernized with a lot of love – much is new and offers comfort. Our motto: If we feel comfortable, then so will our guests. In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

This vacation home in Büsum was completed in early 2023. On 106 m² there are 4 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna and a toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a storage shed and a loggia at the top adjacent to both bedrooms. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace is the center of the house. There is also storage space for bicycles.

Welcome to our designer apartment! The cozy apartment is centrally located between the pedestrian zone and the sandy beach "Perlebucht" in Büsum. You can walk to the dike in just 2-3 minutes and to the pedestrian zone with many restaurants, cafes and shops in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.
