Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf dem Grundstück einer ehemaligen Gärtnerei. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Im Kinderschlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelstockbett, welches zusätzlich noch ausziehbar ist, sodass drei Kinder bzw auch Erwachsene übernachten können. Außerdem ist das Kinderzimmer mit einer Spielküche und weiterem Spielzeug (z.B. Holzeisenbahn) ausgestattet. Ein schöner überdachter Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln und Liege.

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
