Our 2018 house is a superb farmhouse, designed by an architect. With 150 m² of living space, 4 bedrooms + a mezzanine. It's very bright thanks to its south and west facing orientation and large bay windows, with direct access to the swimming lane. Located in a private and sought-after residential north of Rennes, 10 mn from the city center - bus stop is 1 mn away - and a stone's throw from the canal and its path. 5 mn from the ring road, it offers access to Saint-Malo or Cancale in 45 mn.

A haven of peace in the middle of nature, the villa is located in a wooded park (2500 m2) overlooking a pond (not accessible). Ideal for a family, it offers large play areas.
