If you are looking for nature, recreation and relaxation in the countryside between farms, fields and paddocks, if you like to swim and feel good in the sauna, if you want to discover the idyllic Schwalm/Nette area by bike or on foot, or if you are just looking for peace and quiet to read or meditate, then our elegantly furnished holiday villa with 250sqm of living space and over 1000sqm of garden with old trees is the right place for you. Parties and dayvistors are not permitted.

Rur- Idylle I

Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Close to Düsseldorf, Cologne and Mönchengladbach- beautiful nature escape during your business trip or just a romantic get- away. Horses and ponies, dogs and cats, sheep and cows, fresh milk and eggs from across the field- come join us in paradise for a few days or weeks and relax, breathe, unwind. Quiet and yet close to major cities and attractions. Golf course, ski- hall, climbing parcour- all within 10 min.

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Swimming and showering with the feeling of standing in the middle of the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Downtown is just 30 minutes away! 😊

Comfort in Hürth: pool & fireplace

The house has two bedrooms each with a bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so a total of up to six guests can sleep comfortably. Relax by the private pool (only between May and September) or enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace The surroundings offer a quiet residential area with good connections to Cologne and the surrounding sights. Shopping, restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes away – ideal for a relaxing stay.

Manor by the lake - 2 storeys Loft - near cities

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60 m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping space for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workplace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.
