Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Parties and dayvistors are not permitted.

Terrace apartment – Central - Near Cologne

The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and yet is relatively quiet. A few minutes walk there are different supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes walking through the city center. There is also a bus stop in front of the door to the train station. An underground car park with a reserved parking area is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers high privacy through privacy screens.

Horses and ponies, dogs and cats, sheep and cows, fresh milk and eggs from across the field- come join us in paradise for a few days or weeks and relax, breathe, unwind. Quiet and yet close to major cities and attractions. Golf course, ski- hall, climbing parcour- all within 10 min.

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Bathing and showering with the feeling of standing in the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Less than 30 min to downtown! 😊

Vacation in the Eifel National Park, near the Rursee, Simmerath

Vacation in the Eifel National Park for hikers or those seeking peace and quiet! The completed apartment is located on the outskirts of Lammersdorf. In summer, they sunbathe on their own balcony or in the garden. They like to refresh themselves in the pool. You can reserve a sauna with a wonderful view by arrangement. Parking and shelter for bicycles is available. The garden, pool and sauna are not included in the apartment, but can be used.

Manor by the lake - 2 storeys Loft - near cities

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Historic barn

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Prime location in the city center, directly opposite Kaufland and close to the A61. Highlight: Huge 1,800 m² garden with pool for relaxing! Private driveway with gate and parking for 2 cars. Only ~2 km to Borussia Park/Sparkassen Park. Bus stop nearby. Inside: home cinema (projector), air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 4 guests: sofa bed in the living room (2 people) plus bedroom (2 people).
