The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm.
