Im vorderen Bereich befinden sich das Duschbad und der Wohn- und Arbeitsraum mit einem großen, ausziehbaren Ess- und Schreibtisch, mit einem Sessel, Regalen und Ablagemöglichkeiten und TV. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Im hinteren, dem Garten zugewandten Teil liegen der Schlafraum und die voll ausgestattete Küche. Bad und Wohnräume wurden vor kurzem renoviert und neu möbliert.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Unsere helle und freundliche Wohnung liegt mitten im Siebengebirge, direkt unterhalb des Oelbergs in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Mountainbiketouren in unserer wunderschönen Umgebung z.B. zum Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels oder Löwenburg. Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Zur Wohnung gehören ein eigener Stellplatz und ein kleiner Vorgarten .

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne.
