Welcome to probably the smallest and most charming apartment in the middle of the old town of Rheinfelden with very good connections to Basel, Zurich and Germany. The apartment has its own toilet / sink and shower. A bakery can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, supermarkets in 5 minutes. 7-minute walk to Rheinfelden train station. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and dishes. Not included is the tourist tax of CHF 2.85 per person/day

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Schweigmatt is a recreational area for nature lovers in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Biosphere Reserve. Our beautiful forest house stands above the sea of clouds of the Rhine Valley. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30 min to Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour.
