I’m a regular visitor to the area and have stayed at Karla’s property a few times now. It’s always spotless, cozy, and really comfortable. The location is great—quiet, safe, and convenient. Karla is a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and consistent every time. I’d absolutely recommend any of her properties to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Warwick area. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.
