By car, the popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Die FeWos sind neuwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beide Fewos teilen sich einen sehr großen Balkon, der durch Grünpflanzen getrennt ist. Wenn ihr Bettwäsche + Handtücher nicht von uns gestellt haben wollt, dann sagt es uns bitte. Wir berechnen pro Set je 15 € und erstatten Euch diese Gebühr, wenn ihr es uns rechtzeitig sagt.

In the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, you will find the newly renovated vacation home, also known as “Hühnerhuis” in family circles. Here you can experience unique sunrises. If you want to enjoy absolute peace, this is the place to be! Hiking trails, bike trails, and various attractions are very close. Among other things, alpaca hikes are possible directly in the village. Just ask us about excursion destinations and we will be happy to help you. Pets are not allowed.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Welcome to the lakeside house! Our little hideaway is a renovated 1964 duplex architect's house with open gallery, freestanding bathtub, swedish stove, large wooden terrace and beautiful green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lakeside house is a heartfelt owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Cozy attic apartment in an idyllic location, combined living-bedroom with sofa bed for child(ren), fully equipped kitchen, private seating in the spacious garden. In the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine and dryer. Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
