After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

No Pets. Underfloor heating. There is an open plan double bed sleeping area with T.v & living area with table & chairs. Bed linen is provided, it has private bathroom but No Washroom Towels.The kitchen has a sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee & sugar supplied with Uht milk pods

Ffryth beach and Prestatyn town centre are a short 30min walk or a 10 minute bus ride away. The kitchen and bathroom come fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
