This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) still offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after due arrangements via a key locker.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Landhaus Gutleben - lots of flair, sauna and nature

This house found us! By chance, this old farmhouse was offered to us furnished for sale in 2019. We immediately fell in love with the lovingly furnished house, the enchanting garden and the unique location at the end of a 1.5 km long asphalted cul-de-sac surrounded by fields. As a sailor, I, Peter, love the unobstructed expanse, the wind, the silence, the proximity to nature. I found all this here together with my wife Denise - almost our anchorage on land.

We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. The writer UWE JOHNSON spent his school years in our house. We (Sylvie & Tobias) look forward to friendly guests and warmly welcome them.

The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment has a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely self-sufficient from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities are not finished yet. 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
