Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Richardson

Absolute gorgeous home! Relocated to the area & spent 4 months at property that we were very disappointed in. Our home build was delayed & we had to extend our stay & decided to look elsewhere. The previous property was our first with Airbnb, so we were very hesitant to book again. Luckily we found Mo’s property & it was exactly as described. No editing or exaggerated filters on the pictures. Honestly the home seemed very new & hardly lived in! Very clean & much more spacious than it appeared. Literal minutes away from plenty of shopping & restaurants!! Mo was a great host, very responsive & attentive! We enjoyed ourselves so much that immediately after checking out, we booked the property again for our family coming in town for vacation. If had to list a drawback, traffic on the street is slightly annoying. The driveways in the community only fit two cars, so there is a lot of parking on the street, making driving down the street a tight, but totally out of Mo’s control.

Only stayed for two days because of a concert, but it was so nice I’ll definitely be looking to stay again if I ever come back to Dallas!!

We loved our stay at Allan's place. The room and bathroom were spacious which was perfect for my son and his wheelchair. They were kind, gracious hosts welcoming us in and providing everything we needed. Location was ideal for exploring the city and we loved the pool. We would happily stay again.

this house has a large waterfall shower head that I need in my life. remote control fan and lights, great TVs, everything stocked. great neighborhood where everyone walks around. would recommend, 10/10.

This was our second stay, and everything was perfect! Alex’s home is spotless, and I cannot think of anything that I would change. It was spacious and wonderful for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

The room is as described with a few added details that is to the benefit of the guest since pictures were taken. There is now additional lighting (lamp) next to the desk; blankets in one of the closets giving more dresser space; and non-slip mats at the console sink & bathtub panel to minimize falls. Due to how commitments were scheduled during my stay, I primarily spent evenings here. Locating the house in the night was not a problem (outdoor light stayed on) and found the room comfortable to relax in when able to do so. Thank you!

We needed a place to stay at the last minute and Christanne came to the rescue. Although she wasn't expecting a rental at such short notice, she came and made sure everything was up to standard. We were in town for a medical procedure and Christanne went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. While we were at the hospital she went by to make sure our grocery order was delivered and even put the groceries away since we didn't have a definite time we would leave the hospital. She was in contact with us all week checking to see how the procedure went and if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable.

Francisco and his team are running this Airbnb as though it is a professional bed-and-breakfast. The home is spotless. The amenities are well fed out and the location of the actual Airbnb is in a great place in the city. as a woman that is traveling alone. I felt totally safe and at home I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb for stay one night or a couple!

We had a great weekend at the Corn Dog House. Gwen was an excellent host. I felt I had all the necessary information. The house was adorable and so fun to be in. Thanks for the stay!

Great host, they were so helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel reassured. The place is lovely and the check in process was so easy and not shady at all. Really good people and very accommodating. Would come back again.

I enjoyed staying at Coleman’s place very much during a family visit. It was very quiet and close to where my son lives.

I had such a lovely stay here! The apartment itself is super clean, very nicely decorated, and minimalist in a way that I really like. It had everything I needed for several days, including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, televisions in two rooms, a wonderful bathtub, and a really excellent bed among other things. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, looking out at the oak trees. I used the gym and had great walks around nearby White Rock Lake. Shopping in the area was great with grocery stores and banks and restaurants very nearby. It’s just very well located in general. Parking was ultra easy. Overall, just a great place to stay in Dallas and I honestly can’t wait to return to this very spot should I have such good fortune.

The place is private, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was super accommodating. There is a faint cigarette smoke smell which I've read in another review. It didn't bother me much while I was there, but I did smell it on the clothes I laid out there after I got home.

Carla’s place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything that I need. I would like to stay here again I. The future.

I had an exceptional stay at Lily’s Airbnb in Dallas! From start to finish, Lily was responsive, kind, and accommodating, and hospitable. She ensured my son and I had everything we needed. As a Dallas native, I was already familiar with the Lake Highlands area. This unit is super close to major highways 635 and 75, making it convenient and fast to travel to downtown and North Dallas. I felt safe here. The complex is quiet - it has several retirees and young families w/ kids. There’s a pool 50 steps away and parking spots are available close to the apartment too. The complex itself is older and needs some TLC, but Lily’s unit is impeccably clean and exactly as pictured. Having a washer/dryer combo was a major plus (though it takes a bit longer to run both cycles.) The bed is comfortable, the carpet and flooring are clean, and the desk converting to a standing desk was a nice surprise! Thank you Lily! I liked this place so much I booked it another 9 nights! Lily and her apt = 5 stars!

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

The stay was great. The scenery was amazing especially the lake. Clean, nice and spacious enough to hang around. Would definitely come back again.
