This retreat in quaint Point Richmond offers breathtaking views of the idyllic gateway to the Pacific yet is just 2 minutes to freeway access. Relax in the peace & privacy of this naturally bright apartment & take advantage of its prime location to explore all the Bay has to offer. Stroll in town, hike local trails with stunning views, cycle across the Richmond bridge, board the ferry for a nice ride to SF or Marin, drive scenic 101, visit iconic Berkeley, Oakland, Muir Woods & Napa wineries.

Secluded Hillside Studio

This 500 sq ft garden studio features a private entrance, patio, and modern bathroom. The kitchenette includes basic appliances, cookware, and kitchen utensils for preparing light meals. A workspace with a desk and chair, dining table, and lounge chair are also provided. Amenities include sleepers, luggage racks, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and fresh sheets weekly. The studio opens onto a peaceful garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited; violations will result in a $300 fine.

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

This guest suite is located in the scenic historic district of Benicia. You can stroll through the Historic Arsenal and the area offers incredible views of the Bay, bridges, and ships of the Benicia Port and Marina. Downtown is just a few blocks away. This suite is centrally located for enjoyment of the region - Napa, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, & Sacramento. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but, sorry, no cats. The Suite is ideal for up to 2 adults and 1 child, but small for 3 adults.
