Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Richmond

Micky and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and accommodating. Their place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after busy days. Lots of things near by, yet had a cozy neighborhood vibe. I wish my schedule had been less hectic so I could spend time in their lovely garden. This place is a gem.

Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

This was a nice place. We spent two nights there. The mattress was comfortable and had all other amenities you can need. The host was kind and responsive. Be aware of the road coming up to the place as it is one lane for a bit which was stressful when we ran into other cars. This might be a normal thing in the area, but not for us. Otherwise, the place was great! Thank you for hosting us and our puppy!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Cute little unit that was very clean when we arrived. Bed was very comfy and we had a great little trip!

Smell of roses. Cotton sheets and linens - my favorite. Comfy bed. Windows can open and let in fresh air. Peaceful getaway from family - morning coffee with surrounding nature to naps. I love the beautiful neighborhood. Although we didn't do it this time, it's an easy walk to a cute town with great breakfast. Just perfect for us

Tipada is a gracious and responsive host and great person. Her house has calm and relaxing energy, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the space uncluttered and super clean. The neighborhood has easy access to the freeway and a Costco is close by as well as some good restaurants. It’s also very quiet and there was easy parking in the driveway and in front of the house. I had a really nice stay. I also appreciated how cool the weather was in El Cerrito in June compared to other parts of the East Bay and will stay again when I’m in the area. Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! it was such a convenient location for everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Spacious bathrooms for when we had to get ready in the mornings too.

This was our third time back to this property and hope to come again. It is ideal for our needs. We are very comfortable at this El Cerrito location, with access to many local restaurants and shops and offers easy access to Oakland and the greater Bat Area. Han makes sure this property is comfortable and clean and he is easily contacted to take care of any needs or concerns. Fortunately, we have rarely needed to contact him.

We enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. The beds are comfortable and the space has some nice touches. Some of the furniture is more outdated than it appears in the pictures but overall the place is comfortable and worth the price. It’s very nice to have a driveway to park in and the view from the front porch is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed. We would stay again.

What a beautiful home with all the amenities you would want. Easy to find and easy access via lock system. Just pristine clean and decorative. The fact that Kyoto’s place has two full bathrooms is unmatched to any other local property. The host was very responsive ams provided timely response and was very proactive with check in and check out instructions. So many amenities to name. She even left coffee pods. Plenty of clean sheets, towels and blankets. We were 20 minutes to Napa and Meritage resort. The area is quiet and near expressway. The sofabed was extremely comfortable. Do not pass on Kyoto’s place as you will not be disappointed. Thank you Kyoto for sharing your place for our home away from home.

We booked this stay for a weekend hackathon. There was plenty of space for us to gather and work, and when we wanted to take breaks, it was a relatively easy 15-20 minute drive into Berkeley. It was tastefully decorated and looked like the pictures. The neighbor’s goats, sheep, and dogs were a nice touch! The only downside we noticed was that this home is a bit older, and outlets were very, very scarce. Charging became a bit of a chore. Considering the price, location, and quality, it was a good value for the weekend.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and conveniently located. Mill Valley is a beautiful town. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.
