Monthly Rentals in Río Piedras

Jose’s place was great! Located in the nice quiet suburbs of San Juan, yet not far from restaurants, beaches. Check in was a breeze, so was parking. Plenty of street parking available. Of course the a/c & hot water is always a plus. Closet was spacious enough to put away our luggage to not clutter the place. All in all, I would stay at Jose’s place again if given the chance!

Our host went extra miles to make sure our stay was as smooth and easy as possible. His place was easy to find. Very clean. It was perfect for a single person or a couple. Bed was really comfortable with new and clean mattress. The two air conditioners were perfect because it was really hot outside. Fresh pain on the whole inside and outside of the property. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Our host was really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank You Jose for let us stay with you in short notice and for being so kind with us!

Really great deal on the place, gave me and my sister complimentary water, the space was accurately described and I felt safe. There are chickens that were going off (didn't lessen my experience at all as they left earplugs) I would definitely recommend staying with Creb. He was responsive and has a nice space that was close to everything. Great deal on pricing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!!

I had to start for Puerto Rico for a family emergency since I had my Abuelita in Centro Médico. Renesis was immediately answering all questions. Her mother, Doña Malta was spectacular. Service One-A. The space was clean that I felt you could even eat from the apartment. Thank you for the coffeecito and the water bottles, they were very quick touches. Thank you for everything in this time of uncertainty for my family!
