Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rio Rico

I rented this property to host a lot of very close business acquaintances that I've made over the past few years and I needed a place that could host at least 12 people, with privacy for each small group of 2. This location had 6 bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. I couldn't have asked for a better setup for each of my groups of guests to feel like they all had some very real privacy to retire to. I will absolutely be renting this property again as I host these weekend events again. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'll need to cook large meals for lots of people. The dining area is large enough to accommodate everyone. The elevation means that the weather is nicer during the summer. Honestly if you're looking for a country getaway for a large group, this is an amazing place.

Sharon was incredibly responsive with fast response times. She was easy to deal with, gave clear instructions, had us let her know that we made it in ok, checked in on us to make sure all was well and as expected. We were here for a work trip and unfortunately ran into a snag on the job amd had to extend our stay by one additional night and she made that happen very quickly and easily. We really appreciated her extending the stay and we will be sure to stay here on all future visits. Thank you again Sharon!

The Retro was perfect for our needs! Easy to walk to everything downtown, the AC worked perfectly, really nice shower, and the space was comfortable, cozy, & clean. The fenced yard was especially great for our dogs. Free laundry in a nearby building, and the WiFi internet was appreciated! Highly recommend Joni’s place in this quaint little town. 😊

What a fantastic property in Sonoita. My family loved the house, especially the gathering room off the side by the driveway. It was perfect for our small party. Beautiful, serene, and close to all of the vineyards that we love. Ilan was also a great host and everything was accurate and he was extremely responsive. Will definitely stay here again!!

Everything about Mary's place was easy and beautiful. The place is spacious. I had a good workspace on the dining room table. The WiFi was not too bad given the difficulties of maintaining a signal near the border. I was able to stream movies in the bedroom with occasional buffering occurring and do desk work without any problem in the dining room area. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen with breakfast nook was large and accommodating. I stayed for a month for a personal retreat, explored Nogales AZ and Nogales Sonora. The most glorious thing about the whole house is the view into Nogales Sonora. I took in sunrises and watched the lights glitter at night. Mary was ever gracious and helpful.

This is a special place in a very unique spot. Inform yourself about its location, its context and the trek from the nearest town. Lori and Gary are outstanding people, hardworking ranchers, devoted to their land and their animals. I will definitely return on my next trip to the Arivaca region of southern Arizona.

Our stay was wonderful! Shaina has provided such an excellent and well cared for home. The attention to detail was amazing! I appreciated the comfy organic bedding, well-stocked kitchen and high-end appliances. Taking a nap on the large patio chair was divine! The home was beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The sunset views every night were so peaceful, we even go to see some deer! I would definitely stay here again, it is one of the BEST vaction rentals in all of Sonoita!

It was very close to the location of the graduation party we were attending, which made everything super convenient. We typically don’t eat out much while traveling, so having a well-equipped kitchen is a priority for us. Molly’s kitchen had all the essentials—and then some. We truly appreciated the thoughtful setup and would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Green Valley. Bobby

Really enjoyed our stay! The home is spacious and the courtyard in the front and the pool in the rear are great outdoor spaces.

This large, eclectic house was a fun place to hang out and relax. There isn’t much to do around there (which we knew) and that was perfect for us. We hung out and played pool and polar plunged in the pool and played games and listened to the birds and relaxed. The caretaker was helpful and available. The outdoor hot tub was turned on at our request but it did not get hot at all. It was kind of warm. It was also a surprise to be told we should not flush any toilet paper. Both toilets have bidets but that water is cold! These were fairly minor issues for us, though, and we enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for a fun little house for me and my family to stay at and this place checked all the boxes. The scenery was beautiful, and the house was very well kept. We will definitely be coming back again!

Very spacious well equipped accommodation in a quiet location of Green Valley yet close enough to all local amenities, within easy reach of the amazing Desert Meadows Park and a short drive to many of the fantastic canyons in that beautiful area. Really comfy super king size bed in the main en-suite bedroom which housed one of the best shower experiences ever! All appliances were in good working order so self-catering there was very straight forward. Our 5 night stay there was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone wishing to stay in that beautiful part of Arizona and at the risk of repeating myself if you are in that area a visit to the magnificent Desert Meadows Park will open your eyes to what can be achieved with great community spirit and determination.

My stay at Julie's place was far above what I expected. Her place is warm and cozy, and tastefully decorated. Julie was very responsive and accommodating. I was impressed with her communications, suggestions, and resources around the town. I believe that I have my home away from home in Green Valley until I find my own. Ron

Very comfortable home! Amenities were perfect! Great linens, outdoor towels for pool and wraps for sitting outside at night at fire pit. Pool clean and in fantastic condition. Plenty of room for 3 cars to park. Activities nearby were plenty to keep us busy - mine tour was cool! Communication was excellent and liked the basic checkout instructions. Really liked added bonus of office that has printer - I actually needed/used it! Washer dryer are like new and do large loads. I would point out that pool doesn’t have a hand rail for people that may need such an assist though the steps are well marked and easy to see. Highly recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Morghan's place. The place was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The surroundings were very pretty and quiet. Morghan was very responsive, flexible to our requests and overall super nice. I definitely recommend the palce and for sure will go back at the earliest opportunity.

This was a business trip with family. Carlos's house was comfortable, clean and safe. We wish we had more time to stay and enjoy more days. Carlos was an excellent host.

I wish I could give the location more than 5 stars. This airstream is on gorgeous land, you’re really out there in the middle of the desert when you stay here! We only stayed one night and I wish we could have stayed longer.
