Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

F1 apartment of 48 m2, level, on the ground floor. Contains fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine). Kitchen open to living room, which has a sofa bed in 2 beds. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large closet 1 bathroom open to the bedroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. Small private green space as well as parking space. Downtown Riom-ès-Montagnes. Quiet and convenient apartment.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
