Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Charming peaceful maisonette in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. It has a chill-out area with Jacuzzi, a fenced garden and two private parking spaces. Shops are 200 m from the accommodation and others in nearby towns. Champagnac is an old mining town that is close to several lakes for swimming in summer (car) as well as hiking trails. In winter, 3 ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the accommodation.
