Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Bienvenue dans cette maison traditionnelle en pierres, calme et coquette dans un petit hameau au coeur des Monts du Cantal. Idéale pour randonnées, sports de plein air, cyclotourisme, ski, chiens de traîneau ... Nombreux sites touristiques : Puy Mary, stations de ski, cascades, lacs... Gastronomie locale au pays du fromage et visites de fermes. Bourgade avec toutes les commodités à 4km. Gîte bien équipé en vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, produits de 1ère nécessité. Nombreux livres et DVD.

Apartement French Chateau near Menet, Riom-es-Mont

Appartement spacieux dans une partie du Château. Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. Vous pouvez marcher directement sur le domaine de 47 hectares. Trois chambres pour 6 avec 4 lits: 90 (2) ou 180 (2) cm de large. Salle de bains (avec baignoire) et les toilettes sont séparées. Piscine fonctionelle de 9 x 4 mètres (ouverte du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Il y a un signal de Wi-Fi mais il y a également un signal 4G. Pensez "débranché, retour à la nature/à l'essentiel", à l'air pur, etc.

The accommodation: the bedroom with Bultex bed and closet. The bathroom with a Hammam cabin (enjoy steam baths, the comfort of Hydro and Aromatherapy). The equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishes, ovens, induction, cookeo, refrigerator, washing machine). The living room with its modular sofa and a dining area. In the entrance a closet with all the necessities for cleaning floors and linen. Bed and bath linen are provided. All connected to fiber optics with access to Orange TV.
