Theater, art gallery, cathedral and old town within walking distance, the neighborhood with its pub culture and restaurants around the corner. The apartment was lovingly renovated by me (e.g. new parquet floor, custom-made industrial radiators) and since I have a penchant for art, design and curiosities, it is stylishly and comfortably furnished and equipped according to my imagination.
